There was a strange problem with video. It comes from nico with 640x480 and flattened horizontally o_O That's why is a strange resolution. I just change the DAR in container (it's allowed only by MKV), no video editing.
And about ad flashing. Stream lacks of keyframes, so it's splitting badly :(
