Well whaddaya know, we decided to hardsub the 480. Now you're probably asking why we're using mp4 instead of avi. According to my encoders, mind you, I'm no encoder myself, the avi container is inferior in many ways to the mp4 container. The mp4 container can achieve the same functionality and in better ways or something. They lost me from there. lol

Anyway, chapters are actually there so no worries about that.
