This is the first episode of the new airing enhanced edition of one piece, and it will be probably my first and last raw for this worthless special edition:

- overcrop: you lose like 30% of the original video in the transformation 4:3 into 16:9

- ugly upsacle: a lot of aliasing and ringing because of that

- no filters applied by toei, no enhancement at all

it's basically the SD episode overcropped and uspcaled into HD, so it's not HD at all, just ugly >_<

you better use the original DVD9 for your encode than this re-airing "HD" scam, you will have better encode result, and you will not lose 30% of the video screen/format in the process.

PS: i made a quick avs to enhanced the video, ..... the ts is a lot blurry due to the upscale, I would have done a better job if I had taken more time, but this special edition is not worth it anyway <_<
