Raw vfr mp4 (normally xb360/ps3 compatible), you should be able to remux the file in a mkv without any pb if you want it.

about others raw for this episode: one obviously crappy mkv raw from the "famous" group, encode full of stuttering and shitty chroma --__--, one another mp4 raw is out of sync with a max framerate of 59.941 fps :o (not normal) when TS have a max of 29.97fps, the result is stuttering in some scenes too, less visible than in the mkv -_-"
so yep, very fast encode give shitty result, and OP need guys who can properly handle it.
