I've noticed that older chapters (200~220) are getting extremely hard to obtain.
So, here's a second part of my FT collection (first part can be found here: //www.nyaa.se/?page=view&tid=165974).

All pages are uniformly re-named, so it is possible to unzip everything into single folder and read continously.
All volumes include covers.

PS: the "coca-cola" omake is missing. sorry, I failed to find english-scanlated version of it...
