REPACK: Added Headpatters fixes, improved tagging
Headpatter fixes:
- Fixed overlapping text.
- Replaced broken glyphs.
- Fixed several sign timings.
- Simplified names to avoid missing glyphs (e.g., Tōjō Shun -> Tojo Shun).
Original notes:
- BD Remux with OldCastle subs (restyled, retimed by Virtuality)
- AMZN video is 4:3, BD video is 4:3 but with black bars to make it 16:9. Subs were resampled to account for this, layoutres also added
- Subs in episodes 1, 10, 19 were shifted by 24 frames to account for 24 black frames at the start. Other subs untouched
