From leen:

An encode of the Special Renewal DVD

Compared to the existing encode, this has a higher framerate at 60fps, an additional 2 minute scene, and totally different colour grading in parts. The quality of the image in the source is noticeably worse, however.

Notes:

• There are black bars throughout to accommodate the changing frame size / position. The dirty lines at the borders move with every change and there are sometimes multiple changes per second, so I may have missed some.
• I OCR'd the subtitles from the BD, which are generally superior to the subs on the existing encode. I've edited them in some places to fix errors and ambiguities (mostly in the added scene and the ending), but no more than 5% of the total.
• Chapter titles are taken from the DVD and translated.
• The upscaled image on the BD has fewer noticeable artifacts, but is cropped closer and suffers a slight loss of detail. I reasoned that for a film like this, a cleaner image wasn't worth the tradeoff.

Uploaders note: This guy is actually onto something with the 60 FPS you just have to believe me that in this very niche specific context this is a good idea and will not horribly blow up.
