Couldn't find any good video source on here, so wanted to contribute. In my opinion, while the video has been sharpened it looks better compared to the 480p DVD and other sources I could find.

updated, thanks for the correction! and yes, I agree, it's still not great, just marginally better imo
the rutracker release clearly states it is HDTVRip (encode from TV source) not WEB, those are very different things, the quality is also terrible even in your comparison, huge detail loss and shitty sharpening, comp 4 is just full of blocking
