Audio was the same way last episode even from the raws, I guess this show just decided to make their audio this way for some bizarre reason I really don't know but it's very distracting
not just the audio, even the battle animation is basically a slideshow, it got a lower budget than last season for sure
Yea, the audio is poor quality - just like the prior episode. You'd think of all things that they wouldn't need to skimp on audio quality.
