Notes:
Subtitles had a conservative TPP ran on dialogue in order to resolve some scenebleeds present in CBT's release. It won't fix all of them as I didn't want to go overboard, but should be an improvement.
Chapters were in Russian for some reason, made them into English.
Restored missing fonts.

The Blu-ray has a unique outro scene on Episode 12 that is not present at all in the web version and is different in the TV version. Because of this, it has remained unsubbed on every release based on the disc. I've taken a shot at subbing it myself in order to address this issue, instead of just leaving it unsubbed.
