Extensive batch edit of Davinci's TV subs for the definitive and complete 1080p release
- Japanese name order and honorifics
- retimed to BD and tweaked/improved timing
- restyled dialogue
- fixed scene bleeds, signs and motion tracking
- remove unneeded \an8 and/or non-default vertical margins
- added OP/ED/IN to all episodes
- restyled all episode titles
- de-"fuck" dialogue
- misc edits
