How unfortunate that I couldn't find Ninja Scroll tas on Nyaa nonetheless Nyaa needs some love so here's the torrent.
I am not original uploader. I found this gem at http://www.seedpeer.com/details/1039180/NINJA-SCROLL-TV-01-13-DUAL-AUDIO-DVDRIP.html

Its not categorized correctly on their website but it is Ninja Scroll tas with japanese dubbing and english subbing/dubbing. The info on quality wasn't given but it looks like a dvd rip. Video/Audio have no flaws.

This torrent should be avoided since it is the lowest quality video and audio, and even the subtitles have problems with sometimes dissapearing in less than half a second after appearing. If you can get the following torrent you will have better video and audio quality as well as 2 sets of subtitles, VOB and ASS.

However the following torrent is from the R2J DVD and has much better quality video than even the torrent at the above link. But it doesn’t have English audio or subtitles, and the Japanese audio from the above torrent which is AAC may or may not be better quality than the following torrent which has AC3 audio.
