[Orphan] Phantom Yuusha Densetsu (VHS)

Orphan Fansubs presents a new version of the 1991 OVA Phantom Yuusha Densetu (Phantom Hero Legend). This is a ripped-from-the-headlines, pseudo-non-fiction thriller about the civil war in El Salvador. A former JSDF pilot, Yazawa Takao, is sent to El Salvador by his buddy Matsuki to investigate a photograph of an F-4 Phantom, flying where none are supposed to be. He runs afoul of a vicious CIA agent named David Hunter and barely escapes with his life. But the game continues in Japan, and numerous innocent parties, including Yazawa girlfriend Sachiko, are caught in the crossfire before the inevitable bloody showdown.
