Notes:
An updated release of this early 90s OVA, once again chiefly to supersede another aging one by SSP-Corp. Treatments to reduce or eliminate haloing, chroma noise, rainbowing, and aliasing were applied as well as reductions in frame blends for cleaner playback. See comparison screenshots above.
R1 U.S. Manga Corps DVD subtitles were OCR'd with significant additional QC by me to correct the following:
- Tighten script timings to reduce scene bleeds
- Preserve honorifics and Japanese name order
- Add many missing lines and corrected a few others
- Separate and join certain lines to improve flow
- Typeset signs and songs
Unstyled and original image subtitle options also included for those that prefer them as well as Signs & Songs-only tracks for dub viewers.

@denshousha It was left unchanged, because that's how he refers to himself and is addressed by name within the anime.
Please tell me you corrected "Shokatsuryō Kōmei" to "Zhuge Liang". That always drove me nuts.
