edit: and just as I suspected, it contains a cringey gigantic "editorial note" - taking up an entire half page - about the trans shit, over-explaining about cultural attitudes of the 1980s, and just generally talking down to the reader. I suspected it might have something like that so I held off pre-ordering. Glad I did. Another wannabe-publisher of manga to strike off my list. They should stick to their niche western GNs.
