Notes:

• losslessly converted PCM audio to 24 bit FLAC for Japanese, for English trimmed NF intros and credits
• removed all group credits, staff mentions, Discord links, QR codes, etc. from the TS of every fansub
• shifted all NF subs to BD and removed the translator credits at the end of all of them
• attached all the necessary fonts for every fansub in the .mkvs and triple-checked that on all the files
• included non-credit OP and ED and added every featured fansub's song lyrics to them
• fixed the masks and typesetting in KawaSubs not displaying or displaying wrongly on some devices
• the Indonesian fansub from AmeAgare (Source 8) is only available in the first two episodes (and the NCs)
• no, the second ED in episode 12 was not included in creditless form in the JPBD
