WEB encode with modified R1 official subtitles sourced from MTBB, Japanese audio from the R2J DVD and English dub from the R1DVD. Subs are based on a R1 official edit by MTBB. Updated TS, some retiming of the dialogue, and cleaned up line breaks/splits. Updated names to be consistent with future eps. Thanks to Drag, garret, and scrad for their initial work on these updates.

As far as additional eps, I'll try to do what I can with what's available to me, but it really needs an editor and typesetter. Additionally, S2 doesn't even have an official translation, so a TL and TLC would be pretty critical.
