The one you posted is for the original amagami version of the patch from a decade ago. Here is the recently released patch for the ebikore+ version this torrent is for: https://www.mediafire.com/file/uz3x68bx3nrw91c/amg_ebi_beta_0.9_release.zip/file
Regardless have had no luck getting this to work so can't confirm for myself if the game is actually playable and mostly translated.
Sorry I made that mistake. By the time I tried editing, it wouldn't let me. Prepatched is also up on here if you're still having trouble.
