Updated V2 Test release with with MiraiAnime’s V2 English audio because we are not downloading from OneDrive. Not affiliated with the original release’s uploader.

This is my ghost in the shell stand alone complex. All subtitles were resampled, I gave a quick check to make sure the subtitles were sync’d.
The English audio is from CTR, I don’t full trust the sync, but if there are issues I’ll patch it/v2 it.
I do not have a seedbox, so uploading may be a bit slow.

If someone would like to test the English audio sync and report the ahead/behind in ms if they can. I’ve replaced the English audio with MiraiAnime’s V2 English audio.
