Nah, Kingmenu's actually different. ARR and DOMO are just the same people (so primarily inactice/anagaminx), while Kingmenu is a separate schizo whose stuff ARR uploads for some reason. That's why Kingmenu and ARR overlap each other in releases sometimes, yet ARR and DOMO never do. There are also differences in the trash they put out, kingmenu's is mostly hardsubbed, often at ridiculous resolutions, while (modern) ARR is usually unmuxed srt together with random RAWs.

As for what the exact difference between ARR and DOMO is, idk. I think originally DOMO was supposed to be stuff with actual translators or editors, but this very release credits Deepseek and Whisper with translation, so clearly that's no longer a criterion.
