these files look a little too good. there's very little grain noise, and it is soft, for a very pleasant experience. they're not very big either.
there's 4 audio tracks: ~ FUNimation Dub with FUNimation TV Broadcast Music [en] ~ FUNimation Dub with Japanese Score [en] ~ Blue Water Dub (only on ep. 1) [en] ~ Japanese Broadcast Audio [ja]
that being said, I don't know where these files came from. they're dated back to 2018-06-23, they're untagged, there's no indication of a release group in the video/audio track names, and I don't remember. if you know where they come from, please tell me. if they exist, I want the rest of the episodes too

The upscaled JP TV episodes of GT honestly look the best to me, I know they're not HD Remasters, but the picture quality is pretty dang nice.
what files are you actually referring to? maybe link them?
That's one, but there's the whole collection out there (different release). No one has used them to sync with dubs/subs, sadly.
