As for [MiniDEX] i am trying todo a mini-encode using x264 but its not working. more then likely going to have to stick with software. i do have two big projects lined up for [MiniDEX]

xPearse's 720p BD encode looks far better: https://nyaa.si/view/1010488 and it has JP and English dub, so not sure what you meant in the description. It also has a 5.1 track (that was downmixed to 2.1 for some reason), but it has different music which I thought was better.
I think the US DVD of this series might just be awful, I compared this to another DVD encode and both of them had so much detail completely lost. The JP DVD might be able to look better than the BD, but IDK cant be bothered comparing it.
