If you're basing this claim off what some fandom wiki says, we're the ones that came up with that title in the first place and we're fairly sure it's wrong. It was our best guess before we got the preview episode synopsis and before the episode itself aired. I've updated the torrent description with further explanations for the change. You will also note that no birthday takes place in the episode.
