P.S. Great news! We finally have a primary source regarding Navue's name: Kaneko himself! Per Kaneko, Navue's name has several meanings behind it.
TL;DR: whatever his name is, it sure as hell isn't "Nabiyu". Given this info, we'll be sticking with "Navue" (since it at least retains "nav" from "navigator") until some big twist or reveal happens.

The only points that Kaneko actually made clear were: 1.) the thing's name at least has "Nav" in it somewhere 2.) there's more to his name than we're currently privy to
The gummy cards also misspell Natsu's family name as "Hinomonoto", so maybe don't give them so much weight.

And before you start about the names of the Band Snatch boys appearing on those very same cards, keep in mind that all their names in Japanese are parts of a rock band misspelled slightly.
- ベース (bass, as in bass guitar) got turned into ベス
- ギター (guitar) got turned into ギータ
- ドラム (drum) got turned into ドラン
- ボーカリスト (vocalist) got truncated to カリスト
If you were to romanize their names while keeping these typos in mind, you'd get:
- Bes/Bess; i.e. keeping it as Bass is objectively incorrect, despite the cards spelling his name as such
- Guita/Gita (maybe throw an H in there if you like a bit of pizzazz)
- Drun (thankfully, there's no sensible alternative romanization)
- Calisto/Calist
Regarding Calisto/Calist, I prefer the former because I think it sounds more name-like, but both are still valid.
TL;DR: the cards aren't exactly the most reliable sources if you want to cite them for romanizations.
