debug_bngrw.zip provided if needed for latency adjustments.
config.ini updated. Has new settings such as a frame rate limiter and card.ini path.

I was fucking around with the POC pack, if you're having trouble with the card server not working in game with other people, delete the card.ini and regenerate a new id. New id is in the card server terminal/console.
I followed the guide and got "21-01 Livemonitor Disconnect" error before the game even finishes booting up. Can someone tell us how to set the livemonitor or fix this issue?
The guide is for connecting to a LM (Live Monitor). Which is also a server. Setting up both an LM and Client is a bit tricky. So it's often better to look for someone else's LM to connect to. It's Radmin VPN in the config because that's the VPN people usually use to connect to other people's LM.
This is not an emulator because the arcade (Namco System BNA1) is a special PC running on Windows 10

For this torrent, the game wont start when I open vsac27_Release.exe. Only black screen and then a notification that says "program is not responding".
