Notes:
Changed the border color of dialogue styles from brown to black.
Some TS in dum was broken because they removed all the TS linebreaks from the base SNSbu subtitles, I fixed that by adding back the linebreaks.
Redid some broken motion tracking and some other minor fixes (including the staff comments issue pointed out by nx6).

@nx6 I didn't resample because resampling broke a lot of signs even with the perspective resample script, the subtitles work just fine even without resampling.
