i downloaded a 7³ACG encode once (Shine Post)
and it was also the very last time, because they fucked up the lines with their awful filtering that looked like QTEC-lite, so now they're permanently on my list of groups to avoid
@motbob maybe it is, maybe not. I personally didn't find anything bad with the video quality, at least nothing egregious enough to be immediately noticed on a paused still.
@cosmic I can't comment on their overall quality as I only saw this and their idolmaster U149 release. But these two have been good enough for me. Maybe they improved since the shine post, as it was like one of their earliest AV1 stuff
Has nothing to do with the AV1 format though, it's just incompetent filtering.
The video quality of this will be worse than Subsplease/Crunchyroll
