notes:
the audio was taken from the USA BD due to it having true 24-bit audio, while the JPN BD and FRA BD only had 16-bit; in episode nine, the USA BD audio begins 500 ms earlier than in the JPN BD, so I added a 500 ms container delay to the audio and subtitles to sync them back up. the Chihiro and Commie subtitles were taken from their respective releases here on AB, and the Crunchyroll subtitles were given to me by Jimbo. all dialogue in Chihiro and Commie was restyled to match GJM styling. chapters are from the JPN BD and named by me.

If you wish to use the heavy KFX subtitle track, avoid using mpv, as it does not play the opening properly.
