番組内容 新宿の高層ビルにある話題の寿司店、有楽町かきだ。 通常、江戸前の寿司職人になるには、何年もの修行を積むのが常識。 しかし、この店ではなんと１週間で職人にしてしまうという。 現代の若者の働き方に合わせた、新たな職人の姿。 この店で寿司を握りたいと奮闘する、今どきの女性の一週間に迫る。
