However, reading the description the first thing that came to my mind; "Is this the future of manga/anime too? There's a good reason many of us stopped watching western media." And I'm not specifically talking about this title. Which I do appreciate the upload even if it's something I have zero interest in.

I'm not gonna read this dumpster fire but I'm curious about how does the author tackle the problem of actually giving birth, which no man has ever done before and will never do. Probably will go the route of C-section which is more of an extraction than actual birth, like a tumor.
@lampcod: It's because blue haired - septum pierced - big glasses wearing - nutjobs are gatekeeping what manga is published here in the west. God forbid they actually greenlight a decent manga instead of something niche with a "message" that only a fraction of people want. While they are losing ground due to significant backlash since more and more people are now in the know about this tomfuckery, they sadly are still prevalent in the industry. It's one reason why I applaud AI for translation, since it makes these idiots lose their power.
That being said, this manga is a more whimsical "what if" than a political statement about transBS.
