00:25 (and 07:56): not a huge deal, but I’m inclined to think “magic” is kinda important here given the “mysterious person in the non-magic world“ vibe they’re going for with the narration and the obscured face: as much as a viewer who’s seen the original series can be fairly sure they know who this is, there’s this air of suspense, and this mention of magic is one of the key points that let the viewer substantiate their guess.

That's true, I'll add that in! She does say early on at ~2:00 that she's from the Magic World, but better right from the start I suppose.
