Kara no Kyoukai Chapter 1 - Overlooking View

I have created this version for my own but thought I would share it.
Basically I have reencoded the raw from Decay to 720p because of the shitty quality. Subs are retimed ones from gg-TakaJun, so I take no credits for them.
