Detective Conan - Movie 09 Promo Special - Conan Kogoro on the Horizon [XC]

This marks the first time this 24-minute special has been subbed in English. It's a funny retrospective of Kogoro Mouri's achievements as a detective.

I plan to make releases for all movie specials at some point. OVAs and Magic Files are already being worked on. I've gathered better sources, and figured out a good workflow for them.

4:4:4 chroma 10-bit encode. Encode scripts provided as mkv attachments. Alternatively, find them on Github.

I was finally able to produce a clean raw without chinese credits over it, thanks to a kind soul on Discord. The source was awful and I put a lot of care into this encode to make it more watchable. I also put in way more timing and typesetting effort into this special than it deserves.
