Thanks to the people involved in this release, including the sources. I compared the video quality of the JPBD, USBD, FRBD, ITBD and GERBD and came to the conclusion the ITBD is the most appropriate as a source for the target quality of such encode. For anyone curious, the FRBD and JPBD share the same exact video, which is overall pretty good, the GERBD is starved, the USBD is kinda dirty and has really bad banding at times, and the ITBD is close to the JPBD while having the cleanest gradients. Since I had all these sources on hand, I figured I'd add all the dubs and subs I could gather from them, except when better options existed, namely the english and french subtitles. Yes, the title lies, this is "multi audio", but for SEO purposes, it will stay "dual".

Language Options You can download here two scripts that do the following (Windows/macOS-Linux):

• Keep Japanese: Throws out all audio tracks other than Japanese
• Keep English: Throws out all audio and subtitles tracks other than English

Put all the video files into the Language Options folder and run the corresponding script. The resulting files can be found in the output folder.
