Filtering: denoising, dehalo, debanding --> SVT-AV1-PSY: preset 3, CRF 28

v2: now sporting a proper filterchain (namely to deal with that awful haloing) and more appropriate encoding parameters tailored for this anime. I managed to reduce the filesize slightly while making the encode look more consistent. Next episodes will benefit from that as well. Some subs work on the main english track but not enough to fix how poor they are. Namely, I fixed an obvious typo late in the episode and slightly improved the timing of the intro. The three english subs tracks have been converted to ASS and styled to Gandhi-Sans. Oh and there's now a cover, I guess.
