@kaiserstar1 The whole subs & fonts already take ~10mb/ep, and subsplease's subs already stylize them. so the releaser decided not to include them. Anyway if you still prefer using official PGS sub, here's a link: https://s.id/aXUWo
Imagine adding 15-20 MB onto an AV1 file just to get 1 single track of ugly aliased subs. Eugh.
edit: well, 20 MB is more like the size for a feature-length film. Still, 5-10 MB per language for ugly subtitles is definitely a waste of bits on AV1 anime TV episodes.
if one of your sources was from the USBD, why not use the offical pgs subs and for the signs and songs for the dub?
