The team resolves to find a way to either reason with or defeat Reiji, now that he has been identified as the masked nemesis. Ina and Takanawa gather everyone together to reveal ERDA's greatest weapon yet: the Shinkalion Doctor Yellow and its driver. But like all other drivers, this driver doesn't want to drive. Can Ryota persuade him, or is he just spinning his wheels?

NOTES: New ED song this episode. Yamato's reference to the Blue Nova of ERDA is a reference to Gundam's Ramba Ral, who piloted a blue Gouf, and was known as the Blue Nova of Zeon.
