Both the audios are way out of sync. NF and CR have different durations so you'll have to fix that.
Oh NF is 24 fps
I synced via Potplayer to Jap audio -350ms.
it has diff fps so simlp delay won't help
thks for the hard work! i'm a Eng audio guy, so i'm now rewatching past series till the 5.1 eng audio is release!
