Back again with another fixed Ranma 1/2 episode because Netflix did the subs poorly enough to awaken my fansubber spirit.

Similarly to last time...

• The translation is largely the same, as it's fine for the most part.
• Font has been changed to Gandhi Sans
• Honorifics have been added if spoken
• Family names spoken in the dialogue match the subtitles instead of changing to given names.
• However, westernized full names with given name first have been left alone
• Lines with simultaneous dialogue and leading dashes have been split and timed to the dialogue
• Tons of unnecessary sound effect subtitles like "Ugh" and "Oops" have been removed.
• Neatened up some sign subs, nothing fancy because I suck at styling
• I've changed wordings around when I felt it was a little weird or thought it needed a different tone, nothing major

Hall of fame this week: The sign subtitle that Netflix put for the "1-F" class sign that literally just read "1 - F" has been removed. What the hell, Netflix?

Edit: As expected, I have found a mistake now that I released it. "pandas" plural does not need an apostrophe. ("SHIT! PANDA'S CAN'T TALK!") This shall haunt me to the grave.
