it's about efficiency and optimization the anime is a slideshow anyway. shouldn;t be higher than 500MB
around 1gb is normal for 1080p shows on amazon or netflix or wherever, no idea where other commenters coming from maybe they want x265 or like hidives extremely low bitrate idk
