• Hidive's small font style for alternative speakers moved to top of screen

Netflix stream is currently low quality again this week. This seems to be somewhat common so I have implemented a simple bitrate check to prevent very low bitrate releases from going out in the future.

I've also gone and manually fixed the star symbols in the episode to use an inline font again.
