Erai might be Amazon Hidive channel which might be better, they don't have EAC3 audio though. Amazon dAnime has the advantage of having slightly newer master with animation fixes and it has the illustrated end screen at the end but there may be ghosting. Not sure for this episode, wait for Okay-Subs if you want to be sure.
