rav1e (modded): speed 3, Q55 + auto-boost algorithm 2.0

Due to [Pizza]'s stalling, I'm continuing this with my own adapted filterchain that consists of dehaloing, masked deringing, luma denoising, fixing the chroma planes, and masked debanding. This is slow as hell, but I'll cope with it. No source merging or AA because I don't have access to better sources and the latter requires scene filtering to avoid destroying the entire video and I got not time for that. Hopefully this result is pleasing enough for some people. The biggest change is in the subtitles, they won't be consistent with the first eight episodes, but SubsPlus+ subs are fine too.
