A dual-audio remux of 9volt's release along with English audio from CR with an accompanying signs & songs subtitle track.

You might as well match the signs track to eng dub since you're already going as far as matching the OP lyrics to its eng version. As far as I can see it's only the episode names which needs to be matched as of now.
