if it's re-encoded then it's not a rip
It's a rip because New-raws use streamfab. How streamfab work? They dump widevine decrypted untouched frames with a old electron. After the dump they have to zncode to generate a video with all these frame. So it's a WEBRip.
@viliml Just ignore him. We have no idea what he’s up with News Raw.
