It's 983-984 not 1040-1041, at least get your episodes correct my dude. Also, this isn't on CR but on Yomiuri TV, they consider this an actually numbered special for some reason.
1040-1041 is international numbering for 983-984.

This is just a rerun of 1040-1041 that was packed together into a 1-hour programming block during an off week. Crunchyroll is being weird including this. They never include reruns like this.
