In short, got these as close to genuine and proper English-translated subtitles, as well as a proper MHM episode release as I could. Added alternative honorifics track. Improved the video using a different encode.

Subtitles:

• Translations used partially from: the light novel, KingGiddra, Tamao corrections from Aniwave comments.
• What's different from the previous translations? - Instead of just leaving my translation—with the light novel and Tamao or KingGiddra’s translations separate—I combined all the best parts into one, hopefully coherent, version. I decided to prefer the light novel translation over KingGiddra's in almost every applicable instance, and I changed or shortened the phrasing for some portions to make the script more coherent.
• Added alternative honorifics subtitle track:
  • Lord Kudou (Miyo's beloved 旦那様 "danna-sama") → Kudou-sama.
  • All the others -san, -chan, -sama.
• Timings: Original from group's Nekomoe Kissaten transcript. Edited by me.
• OP/ED, sytles, fonts, signs are taken from GJM.
