You should really have used the updated discotek script, it's a general improvement

Also something I don't think I have seen mentioned before but the 2.0 and 5.1 track have different sound mixes which means they require separate subtitle tracks

Exactly. This is why OZC has two different subtitle tracks for some episodes (not all of them).
