Thanks for the JP subtitle. Btw, the "Track enabled" flag for the JP subtitle was set to "No". This will cause an issue with some player, because the subtitle will be hidden and can't be displayed.

Some player like VLC and SMPlayer will still display the subtitle, but this is actually a wrong behavior and does not correctly follow the Matroska specification.
