I should have waited. After finally finishing the edit for Episode of Nami I thought to maybe to a quick edit for ep16. Was nice that it was already halfway done for "[Breeze]", but after some complications it was done. But after 2/3 of the episode there were like 15+ lines async by at least 1 second in all subs I found.

Otherwise ep16 is fully edited. Will redo/fix it if Netflix Version comes out or this version if nothing else comes out.
